Conversation with Graffiti’s Mark Kantor

If you’ve spent more than a few hours on Facebook, you’re probably familiar with Graffiti, an application that allows you to create your own artwork and put it up on a friend’s profile.  Created in just four days, the Graffiti application grew to one million users in a week.  Today Graffiti is one of Facebook’s top ten applications, with more than eight million users worldwide.

We had an opportunity to speak with Graffiti co-founder Mark Kantor last week at SXSW, and heard first hand about the history (and future) of the application and his observations of the recent “What Does Green Mean to You” Graffiti contest.

Note: We had a number of insightful and inspiring conversations at SXSW and will continue to post highlights throughout the month.
