Have you voted in the Facebook Green Graffiti Contest yet?

After almost 4,900 art submissions and the 2,700 text entries that accompany them, voting in our Facebook Graffiti contest has finally begun. The entries have been incredible, and I can’t wait to see which will emerge as the top 150 vote-getters and move on to the judging portion of the contest. Voting ends on April 30th, so let your voice be heard and vote on your favorites while there’s time. You can also vote up your favorite text submissions here. The judges for the text portion of the contest will take your votes into consideration before awarding the winner. Green Insprion notebooks will be awarded to both the text and art winners. “The “Artic Snowblower” is an autonomous android preprogrammed to use condensation to make snow in order to reduce and balance the temperature of the arctic. If global warming was caused by our machines, then our technology will be the solution. It uses solar panels on top, and four wind turbines to generate energy to sustain itself during flight. It uses the energy to fill up two balloons to float. A group of such machines can monitor the habitats of many future endangered arctic animals.”
