New Study Recognizes Dell as the Leading Green IT Brand

Dell was given the top position today in a GreenFactor study conducted by Strategic Oxygen and Cohn & Wolfe.  The study ranked IT companies based on how they were promoting and implementing efficient power consumption, recyclable/reusable packaging, recycling offers for older equipment, use of non-toxic materials, and making investments in future “green” concepts such as alternative materials, all areas where Dell has made significant strides since Michael Dell himself set out to make his namesake company the “greenest IT company on the planet.”
